Courseware

KnowledgeWave designs and writes a variety of the training curriculum that we use in the classroom. Our detailed lessons include time approximations, tips and tricks, sections for note-taking on each page, and large, detailed graphics to augment the step-by step instructions leading to end-user success. Student training files are included with each manual to accompany the chapter-ending lesson and for student “refresher” use post-training experience. In addition to custom courseware KnowledgeWave can customize webinars and streaming video to help enhance your training program.

The Business Skills Series is your learning resource for concise, subject-specific learning. KnowledgeWave Instructors have developed over 100 individual 90 minute modules that can be delivered to your staff on your site or ours.

Online Live- Custom Webinars

Webinar is short for web-based seminar. Webinars are just like a conference room seminar; however, participants view the presentation through their web browser and listen to the audio through their telephone. A key feature of a webinar is its interactive elements; the ability to give, receive and discuss information.

Business people around the world are looking for cost-effective and productive ways to train users on current and new software applications, webinars are a great way to reach that goal. Available from your home or office, KnowledgeWave offers custom webinars that provide interactive professional development and useful strategies at a time that best suits your staff's busy schedules. Webinars can be scheduled for up to two hours in length and accommodate up to 25 participants at a time. To participate, all you need is your web-browser and a telephone.

On Line Anytime - Custom Video Production

KnowledgeWave can customize professional quality streaming audio and video designed to enhance your training program. Our instructor staff can develop videos that have the capability to capture the moving action on their computer screen and save it as a computer video file. KnowledgeWave offers custom streaming videos available by a subscription service that will provide professional development and useful strategies that your staff has access to at any time.
