KnowledgeWave supports the CAN-SPAM act of 2003 and will never sell or rent your email address. Any commercial email sent from KnowledgeWave will provide an easy to use opt-out/unsubscribe option removing your email address from future KnowledgeWave or Log on to Learn mailings. Additionally you can contact KnowledgeWave/Log on to Learn at 800-831-8449 or through our online live support.
KnowledgeWave does partner with other organizations and you may have received an email messages through a partnership in which you opt-in to accept offers from that companies' partners. If you do not want to receive messages from KnowledgeWave simply follow the remove instructions on the bottom of the email message and we will promptly remove you from future KnowledgeWave mailings.
KnowledgeWave does have affiliates that may market on our behalf. Our affiliate policy states that affiliates using email marketing must have opt-in lists and must follow the CAN-SPAM act of 2003. If you believe you have received an unsolicited email, please take a moment to tell us about it. Please forward a copy of the offending email to abuse @ knowledgewave.com. We will immediately investigate, and if abuse is proven, will take immediate appropriate action to eliminate abusive future mailings from the affiliate involved.
