Log on to Learn is a “green” alternative to classroom training, requiring no extra travel and eliminating the need to spend an entire day in a classroom. A. Log on to Learn is an online learning tool with hundreds of valuable video tutorials covering the most commonly used business software.
Q. What do I get with a Log on to Learn subscription?
A. Members have full access to our video library, all of our Microsoft Office courseware, free registration to our monthly live webinar events, quick reference guides and Microsoft Office 2003 to Office 2010 conversion guides.
Q. How long are the videos?
A. Videos vary in length from a few minutes to just over an hour. Some videos cover a wide range of functions and topics while others focus on specific skills.
Q. Do the videos only cover the basics?
A. No. Our video library provides tutorials on skills ranging from beginner to advanced, and all videos are labeled with an easy to understand difficulty rating.
Q. What is in the Courseware Library?
A. The Courseware Library contains PDF documents of all the Microsoft Office textbooks we have created for our regular classroom environment and downloadable class files that allow users to perform the activities in the texts.
Q. What if the subject I need isn’t in the library?
A. We encourage Log on to Learn members to contact us with any video requests. Much of our content is client driven. We can also provide custom live webinars for members.
Q. What if I miss a webinar?
A. All of our webinar events are recorded and added to our library.
Q. Can I view the videos on my iPhone?
A. All of the videos and players on http://logontolearn.com/ are HTML5 compatiable and playable on any PC, Mac, or mobile device including tablets and smartphones.
Q. What is the subscription cost?
A. Individual memberships are $59 monthly. The cost of corporate accounts varies according to the number of required licenses.
Q. Do I need to commit to a minimum time frame?
A. Subscriptions are on a month to month basis, with the ability to cancel at any time.
Q. Do I have to pay with a credit card?
A. Corporate members have the choice of having automatic recurring charges on a credit card or may be invoiced directly.
Q. My company would prefer a different billing cycle than monthly. Is this possible?
A. Yes. Corporate members who have chosen to be invoiced may be billed monthly, quarterly or annually.
Q. Is there more video content on the way?
A. Yes. We are continuously planning, producing and adding new video tutorials and webinars.
