We Have the Lowest Class Cancellation Rate - Here's Why:
We schedule each course at all of our training locations on the same date. When the enrollment at a site reaches the minimum required for the class, an instructor is assigned to deliver the class at that location.
When few students enroll at a site, rather than cancel the class, we offer the option of Remote Classroom Instruction (RCI). Students participating via RCI attend from their preferred location on the class date and use RCI technology to participate in the instructor-led class.
By combining the enrollments across a broad geography and connecting sites via RCI, we've reduced our class cancellations to the lowest in the industry. Most of our scheduled classes run on the date and location of your choice - without a cancellation.
Traditional vs. Remote Classroom Instruction
Both are Live, Hands-On, Interactive Instruction
The only difference between traditional and RCI instructor-led
training is that the instructor is at a different site. RCI
students have the same materials and participate in the same labs
and exercises. They can see the instructor's computer screen and
whiteboard presentations, as well as, ask questions and participate
in class discussions. The instructor can view the RCI
participant's screen at all times and can even provide personal
assistance by taking control of the student computer.
Convenient
RCI provides the ability to deliver even hard-to-find classes on a
regular basis at every location. Our clients appreciate the
convenience of being able to attend instructor-led classroom
training without having to travel long distances. In fact, for
those who don't want to travel at all, it is possible to attend a
class via RCI from the home or office.
Proven
We've been using the RCI approach to reduce cancellations and
provide convenient locations since 2005. This year our partner
network expects to train over 5,000 individuals using RCI
technology.
