OnDemand training is cost effective and flexible
The KnowledgeWave Learning Site (KLS) is available to any employee at the State of Texas under our contract DIR-CPO-5072. Departments like the Texas Department of Savings and Mortgage Lending, have leveraged KLS to provide a low cost training solution for their entire business unit. DSML used KLS as a solution for a training need they had for their migration to Microsoft 365. With Microsoft 365, comes continuous change, and KLS continues to support their migration to a modern workplace.

About Live-Private Webinar Training
Webinars are private and custom
Private webinars are available with and without a KLS membership. However, with a membership, recordings are saved and available to watch on-demand. With the ability to send up to 1,000 employees to a live webinar, that is recorded and then available OnDemand, you can take your learning budget further, provide training for an extremally competitive price.
KnowledgeWave offers dozens of topics as private training sessions. We run them for just your department. Each private training session is customized to meet your needs, and they run 60-minutes; 45-minute of presentation and 15-minutes for Q&A.
We provide training on Microsoft 365, all the apps, like Excel, and Word, we help teams learn to collaborate and share, with tools like Microsoft Teams. We don't stop there, we also offer professional development topics to help with workplace communications, and strategies to resolve conflict at work.
