Entrepreneurism in the Workplace

Entrepreneurism in the workplace is not about starting a business. It is about acting like an entrepreneur in your current job. This means you are an internal entrepreneur, or “intrapreneur".

By seeing yourself as an entrepreneur in your current role, it helps you to take ownership of your current responsibilities. By doing so, it will lead to toward becoming more innovative, thoughtful, driven and will help enhance your leadership qualities.
